Wednesdays 6:00-7:15 PM
Saturdays 8:45-10:00 AM
Sessions must be used by March 2010.
Program Fees:
- Single Session: $30 (1st Time Participants recieve Scan Card)
- 5-Session Pass: $125
- 10-Session Pass: $225
- Cost includes testing thru our
MyTotalHockey Performance Tracking Scan Card.

The focus of FLEX Training includes:
- Develop confidence to control the puck & make plays.
- Improve skating quickness, stride and form.
- Develop a harder shot, quicker release and accuracy.
- Available to players 8 and up.
- 75-minute sessions focused on the Speed Ramp, Shooting, Stick Handling, Vision, Multitasking, and more!
- Players will be divided into small groups by age & ability level.
- MyTotalHockey Performance Testing and Tracking.
