Fall "Pre-Tryout Camp" 2008

The Fall "Pre-Tryout - Prep Camp" 2008 is a great program that is designed to prepare all hockey players of every age and ability level for tryouts! Dean and Pete Talafous run every session and incorporate on and off ice training where players will realize their full potential. We will make sure every player is ready for tryouts.

  • September 8 - September 25
  • $300.00 per player
  • 3 weeks / 12 sessions
  • Monday thru Thursdays
  • 2 days on-ice and 2 days off-ice per week

Fall Camp Overview

ON-ICE:

  • Hands / Feet / Vision Drills - Improve your ability to skate fast with the puck while using proper vision.
  • Game-Like Drills - Learning to think and move better with and without the puck and playing more aggressive.
  • Full Ice Srimmages - All of your hockey skills will be challenged where hard work is expected.

OFF-ICE:

  • High Tech Skill Stations - Performance tracking and comparisons.
  • Speed Ramp - Improve 1st step skating quickness and your ability to get to top speed faster.
  • Stick Handling - Improve puck skills and gain confidence needed to make plays.
  • Shooting - Develop harder shots, accuracy, and a quicker release.
  • Hockey - Specific Multi-Tasking - Develop quicker hands and feet while using proper vision.

Bantams 8:00 - 9:00 pm FULL
HS Boys 8:00 - 9:00 pm Limited Space
HS Girls 8:00 - 9:00 pm Limited Space
