Total Hockey- Hudson's
On & Off ice Spring Camp is a great program to find the right mix in the off-season a blend of drills with hundreds of repetitions and very little standing around mixed with small games that teach creativity and rink sense. The "Total Package" Camp eliminates scoreboards, referees, and tournament trophies and focuses on enjoying the game of hockey while improving individual hockey skills! Player will be divided into small groups by ages and abilities, and trained with all the cutting edge technology that TH Hudson has to offer.

Track your performances with immediate feedback and online with your scan card at MyTotalHockey.com. Player will be trained On-ice and Off-ice at TH Hudson for 6 consecutive weeks, twice a week.  Dean and Pete Talafous run every session and will challenge you during 12 structured sessions in a fun and positive environment. Reach your full potential with the help of TH Hudson.

Program Overview

3 on 3 Small Games

  • Half ice games which will develop and teach rink sense, creativity, and decision-making.
  • Emphasis on carrying the puck to gain confidence in game situations.
  • Focus on bringing back the fun and enjoyment of the game without scoreboards and referees.

Quick Hands / Quick Feet Drills

  • Drills designed to get players "out of their comfort zone."
  • Focus on developing and improving hockey skills necessary to compete in games.

Off-Ice Development

  • Exclusive Scan Card Technology that gives players immediate feedback, performance tracking and age comparisons.
  • Hockey-Specific Multi-Tasking training designed to improve a players ability to skate faster with a puck and have their head up.
  • Develop harder shots while learning to get shots off quicker and more accurate.
  • Improve puck handling skills and become more confident in your playmaking ability.
